Co-ops, Internships and Practicums

High School Co-Ops

Please contact our Human Resources Department regarding your interest in doing a co-op to discuss your dates of availability. Download an application and please submit it by email/fax/mail along with your resume, references, and photocopies of any relevant certifications. If an applicant is considered suitable, an interview will be scheduled.

Post Secondary Internships and Practicums

When beneficial, IAWAH will accept proposals for co-op placements, internships and practicums. Generally, these are customized opportunities and must fit within IAWAH's scope of ministry and work. All internships are volunteer with room & board provided.

Interested? Please submit a package of information including:

1. Resume
2. Statement of goals and reasons for desiring to learn at IAWAH including anticipated outcomes
3. Time frame and duration required
4. Statement of expectation/compliance (letter or syllabus) from school (if applicable)
5. Desired area of focus while at IAWAH (camping, outdoor education, retreating, administration etc.)

IAWAH will review the package for availability and suitabililty and then begin an interview process if necessary.
