IAWAH's Seasonal and Contract Staff are a great group of committed individuals who work hard, play hard and are dedicated to serving God.

In Spring, Outdoor Education is in full operation with 12-15 university age staff/internships plus full-time and contract staff.

Summer includes a core of 40-50 high school and university age staff plus 10-20 adult volunteers each week.

Fall is focused on Outdoor Education and Retreating/Conferencing and includes a number of internships and various contract staff.

Winter functions primarily with full time staff and contract staff and is supplemented with volunteers who assist with housekeeping and food service.
