Leadership at IAWAH takes on many forms - no matter what you do or how you may get involved you will encounter opportunities to lead and be led.

IAWAH trains youth (high school students) in leadership development through its Leadership Program which includes CREW (year one) and ILT or Coureurs des Bois (year two).

Although it is not necessary to enroll in CREW in order to enroll in ILT or CB, the two years intentionally build on each other in concepts explored, maturity and opportunities to serve and influence in the IAWAH context.

narrow path, a ten month Christian Ministry Formation Program, is an intense community experience that very quickly becomes a platform for God to work in and through participants. It is designed for post-high school young adults and is both life-forming and life-changing.

narrow path is currently "on-hold" for the purposes of evaluation. Please contact Steve Lapp at slapp@iawah.com for more information.

4. developing a godly foundation of truth, disciplines and principles.

Just as IAWAH staff share in the broader workload of life at IAWAH, you can expect to be encouraged to look for ways to help out around IAWAH, as needs and opportunities arise.
