Archery Offered for all on-site sessions
Campers learn about archery equipment, technique and safety guidelines using compound and recurve bows at the outdoor archery range.

Canoeing Offered for all on-site sessions
Campers learn small craft safety, equipment use, and paddling techniques while exploring Wolfe Lake's wildlife in traditional tandem canoes or 25 foot voyageur canoes.

Challenge Course Offered for ages 11-15
Campers work as a team to complete initiative games and low ropes challenges large and small. Two days at the high course is always a highlight!

Climbing Wall Offered for all on-site sessions
IAWAH's 121 m2   (1300 ft2) indoor wall has eight faces with climbs and bouldering routes ranging from beginner to advanced.

New! Team Giant Swing  Offered for ages 11 & up
This double team swing shot was professionally installed in November 2010.  A team on the ground pulls you and a friend to the height of your choice.  With a maximum height of 15.3 m (50 ft), get ready for a great ride!

Crafts Offered for all on-site sessions
Staff provide simple, fun projects that spark creativity.

Digital Photography Offered for ages 11-15
Portraits, landscapes and actions shots are all part of photography. The best of the portfolio is presented at week's end. Cameras are provided or campers may bring their own.

Drama Offered for ages 11-15
Improvisational activities and drama games prepare campers for a creative, end of week presentation.

Fine Arts Offered at Girls' Edge only
Become an artist as you learn to draw realistically and explore colour through chalk pastels and watercolour techniques.

Fishing Offered for ages 8-15
Wolfe Lake is full of sunfish, perch, pickerel and bass. Campers bait their hook and wait for a bite.

Kayaking Offered for ages 11-15
Hoping for a glimpse of Wolfe Lake's wildlife, staff lead campers on a paddle sitting on (not in) these ride-on style, play boats. Kayak games are a highlight.

Paddle Boarding Offered for ages 7-11
Cabin groups enjoy a time at the lake; campers paddle their own board or share with a friend.

Paper & Jewels Offered at Girls' 2 only
Jewelry and greeting cards are designed and handmade by campers. $20.00 supply fee applies.

Sports Offered for all on-site sessions
Campers improve their skills through drills and team play in: Soccer, Beach Volleyball, Basketball etc. Campers ages 7-11 enjoy a modified program.

Swimming - Bronze Cross & Medallion Life Saving Society swim lessons Offered for ages 13 & up
For July Boys' and Girls' Camps, campers registered for two weeks may work toward certification. $60.00 course fee applies.  Please note that overnight stays are not provided on Saturday nights.  Parents are responsible to make arrangements for accommodation between sessions.

Swimming - Recreational Offered for all on-site sessions
Campers enjoy the lake with all that IAWAH's waterfront has to offer!

Turf Offered for ages 11 & up
Campers enjoy a selection of non-competitive field games such as bocce, croquet and disc golf.

Waterskiing Offered for all on-site sessions
Campers learn new skills in waterskiing, wakeboarding, wakeskating and kneeboarding. With a high staff to camper ratio, safety and fun are priorities. Kneeboarding is offered for campers ages 7-11.

Wide Games Daily event
Campers get a taste of classic summer camp large group games like Capture the Flag, Monkey Heads, survival game or Brog.

Wilderness Survival Skills Offered for all on-site sessions
Fire building, shelter building, outdoor cooking, orienteering and nature hike are all a part of a wilderness survival experience. Campers ages 7-11 enjoy a modified program.

Woodworking Offered for Boys' 1 & 2
This program teaches basic woodworking skills; campers assemble and finish a project to take home.  A $20 supply fee applies.
