Summer

Summer Camps are filled with fun activities, crazy games, creative Prime Times and quality small group cabin life. Staff members in camping spend their time with children, youth and families building relationships where life with Christ is an exciting reality. Supervisory roles are positions that include leading and training other staff members.

Leadership Development is a focus at IAWAH with staff members serving as leaders and trainers for the Leadership Programs of CREW, ILT, and CB. Preference will be given to those who can commit for the full season—10 weeks.

Applicants to Summer Staff must be 18 years of age.

Compensation is set on an individual basis with priority given to those pursuing post-secondary education and committing to a minimum of three weeks.

Assistant Staff is the transition from Leadership programs to a staff position. The program seeks to provide basic skills for working with campers while ensuring personal character and maturity. It is a guided experience with the degree of responsibility being matched with the participant's 'readiness' for the challenge.
