MODULAR TRAINING:

As part of good preparation for the spring & summer camping season we are offering the following training dates as a resource to our staff. This training is part of a bigger program called “Modular Training” that will function on a three year cycle with five key dates each year.

“Modular Training” is designed to encourage and equip IAWAH staff to:

  1. seek after God with all their heart, mind, soul and strength and;
  2. train to be amazing camp leaders (love their neighbor as themselves...).

Staff can enter into the three year cycle at any time and exit at any time. Some training is compulsory while other events are simply offered and encouraged. Events will be balanced in focus with some being directed toward skills acquisition/certification and other events will be focused toward personal character formation and Godly transformation. The anticipated result will be staff who are obedient to the Spirit of God in planting seeds of faith, nurturing disciples and cultivating leaders

Event descriptions will be added as the event dates approach
