Welcome to considering IAWAH as a place of service during spring, summer and fall 2011.  Whether you are thinking of volunteering for a week or serving for all 25 weeks (spring, summer and fall), we invite you to prayerfully imagine in what role(s) you may be able to serve.  We aim to create an experience where guests are welcomed, inspired and meet Christ. Therefore, the primary role of IAWAH staff is to care for guests. IAWAH seeks staff with effective communication, planning and group management skills. They are organized, creative, responsible and self directed.

Staff are encouraged to pursue growth opportunities – IAWAH is committed to assist staff in acquiring necessary training, building a flexible, talented and highly skilled staff team.
