MyCampIAWAH account

This feature was introduced to our online registration process in 2006. It is an account that you have with us that allows you to make payments, update your information etc. and later this year you will be able to donate there, fill out our camper medical questionnaire and identify what mailing lists you would like to be on.
It is secure just like our registration process (128 bit encryption) and you set your email address as your user name and then set your own password. 
Our entire online registration service is provided by Thriva and you can check them out at www.thriva.com. They provide a number of other services including CampLive etc. You will notice that our online waiver includes a waiver from them as well. You will catch a glimpse of them from time-to-time on our website.

"real time"

"real time" processing is a term used to describe what happens when you view and enter information in our registration service. Simply put if the system allows you to register for a camp session that means that there is a spot available.

In the same way when you enter your credit card as payment it processes the transaction and accepts or declines the payment right then. There is no more waiting for our registrar to process your application - You get your confirmation right away.

Another neat feature is that when you log into your account (see below - MyCampIAWAH) and select make a payment - it will process that right away too. It is like you have full access to your information directly. You do not need to have anyone else do it for you. Should you prefer however, you can still call our registrar and she/he will be happy to give you the same friendly service that IAWAH is known for.

medical form processing

Part of having your own MyCampIAWAH account means that you retain access to your information that we store. This includes your medical record. The site is on a secure server just like the registration process. more about the process and login...

The neat thing is that you are now able to update that information whenever you like and it will still be available for you to update next year rather than enter all the information all over again.

eCamp (Photos and emails)

This service is provided for you through Thriva and we believe that you will enjoy it. Each registration includes a complimentary number of CampLive credits with which you are able to send your child emails, neat cards and you will be able to download full resolution pictures of camp events and activities. Extra eCamp credits are available for purchase through your MyCampIAWAH account.

Emailing process: Login to your MyCampIAWAH account and click on "send an email". Create your email and send it. Each day we receive (already sorted and ready to distribute) the email "bundle" and will ensure that it gets delivered once per day. That is part of our understanding with Thriva and you.

With this service we will no longer be sorting and distributing emails everyday that are sent to us for campers using info@iawah.com. Should an emergency arise however, please call or email us and we will pass along the necessary information as quickly as possible.
