2008 Arrival and Departure notes

IAWAH's arrival process includes signing in your child and signing them out at departure.

We do require you to identify the individual(s) who will be picking them up at the end of camp. Should there be changes please notify the camp office at 613-273-5621 or registrar@iawah.com.

2008 Arrival times:

On-Site Main Residential Camps & Summer Splash: 3:00p-4:00p opening day (Sunday).

 

ILT, CREW, CB, Out There & Jump Start Programs: 2:00p-3:00p opening day (Sunday).

2008 Departure times:

Main Residential Camps & Out There Program: 9:30a-10:30a closing day (Saturday)

Jump Start: 6:30p (Wednesday)

CREW,ILT & CB Program: 9:30a-10:30a closing day(Saturday)

You can help us with our registration

process by:

1. Ensuring that all your fees are paid in advance,

2. Ensuring that your child's medical record is current and updated using your MyCampIAWAH account.

3. All campers with medications and incomplete forms may need to see the camp nurse.

Recommended Packing List

• 1 shirt/short combo to be used & abused
• Shorts and Pants
• T-shirts and Long sleeve shirt
• Sweater, Fleece
• Socks & underwear
• Running shoes, Sandals
• Swimsuit, Towels
• Hat and Sun screen
• Rain coat
• Toiletries, including Toothbrush, paste, soap, shampoo
• Insect repellent (DEET recommended)
• Flashlight
• Sleeping bag & pillow (or sheet and blanket set)
• Bible (if you have one)
• Pen & notebook

Please leave game boys, MP3 players, discman, cell phones, etc. at home.
