Camp IAWAH seeks to develop standards and policies that anticipate and respond to needs of the people that are served. It is from a heart of wanting the best possible for IAWAH's guests that these standards and policies are practised.

Camp IAWAH is accredited with the Ontario Camping Association (OCA) and provides certified instructors with the following organizations: Life Saving Society (LSS) and Ontario Recreational Canoeing Kayaking Association (ORCKA). IAWAH is also a member of the Association of Challenge Course Technology (ACCT).
